Dr. Lawana Gladney, PhD, renowned speaker, trainer, author, and media personality is known as the Success Psychologist. Her PhD in Instructional Psychology and Technology focuses on emotional wellness and the science of the mind. This degree not only focuses on human behavior, but how the brain processes information that will lead to change. As a leader she has served on several boards, National Speakers Association, Meeting Professional’s International, and is the founder and past president of Young Educated Sisters (Y.E.S., Inc.), an organization established to help deter teenage pregnancy through empowerment and is the founder and executive director of a non-profit organization for women, The Six Million Dollar Woman’s Club.
