My favorite tool she shared is simple. What do you typically do with an email invitation from someone for lunch, a phone call or another type of a meeting? Did you know you could right click and move the email message to you calendar? I am so excited. What I used to do was this multiple step process of copying the email, then going to my calendar and pasting the info into the new appointment I created. I am super pumped about this new tip.
I also learned how to turn an email into a task and how to save email messages on my computer like documents. Time saving, sanity saving, easy tips that could possibly turn me into a productivity pro.
